| 13 Days 4x4 Off Road Southwest Adventure | |
| Starting in Salt Lake City, ending in Salt Lake City | |
|
On this absolutely unique adventure, your clients will explore the Southwest
by Jeep, on a mix of paved roads and unpaved jeep trails. This 14-day fly
drive will showcase the best of the National Parks, such as Grand Canyon,
Arches, Canyonlands, Mesa Verde, Monument Valley and Bryce Canyon, as well
as some of the most famous jeep trails in the Southwest and Rocky Mountains.
Every day there will be easy and moderate jeep trail options. No previous
jeeping skills are required. There is an option to take private jeeping
lessons while staying at Gateway Canyon Lodge (not included, starting at
$175 for up to 4 hours). Start and end city is Salt Lake City, with a
shuttle transfer to Moab, where the jeeps will be rented. Clients will receive detailed map books with various options depending on season and difficulty. The jeeps are new 2007/2008 Rubicon, 2-door Wrangler or 4-door Unlimited models, which are spacious and very comfortable to ride in, both off road and on the road. They fit up to 4 passengers and their bags (1 bag per person) and have a roof that can be removed. Hotel accommodations are centrally located, reducing unnecessary drive time. Hotels range from comfortable 3* accommodations to luxurious backcountry lodges. |
