DAY 1 – IN / SÃO PAULO - FOZ DO IGUAÇÚ
Arrive at São Paulo International Airport and conexion to Foz do Iguazu. Arrive at Iguazu and transfer to the hotel. Free afternoon. Overnight at Iguazu.

DAY 2 – FOZ DO IGUAÇU (B)
After breakfast departure for a tour to the Brazilian side of Iguaçu Falls.

Iguaçu Falls – Brasilian Side
Departure to Iguassu Falls, 24 kilometers from Foz do Iguaçu downtown. Arrival to Visitors Center, at the entrance of the Iguaçu National Park, about 10 kilometers from the city center. The Visitors Center has an excellent infrastructure with exhibits of Iguaçu Falls photographs, souvenir shop, toilets, medical emergency center, Park entrance ticket sale, bank and more. After passing through the Center, the visit continues, now inside the National Park, along a paved road that will take us to the magnificent Iguaçu Falls. There, the walking tour along the catwalk takes place, measuring one kilometer of easy hike. Along this easy trek, there are several gorgeous panoramic views of the falls and at the end of the catwalk a fantastic close-up encounter with the Devils’ Throat and main cataracts. The tour ends at the upper part of Iguaçu Falls with access through a panoramic elevator; from there, visitors will follow a track to Espaço Porto Canoas (The Port Canoas Space), where you will find a pleasant lookout point with view to the upper part of Iguassu River. The Port Canoas Space also has the Porto Canoas Restaurant and snack bars, handicraft shop, toilets and a first aid outpost. The vehicle that will take us back to the hotel will be waiting for us there.

Optional Tours
Macuco Safari This is a not a tour to be missed! Going up river in specially prepared boats to get to the base of Iguaçu Falls and to be able to admire and feel them close. Whirlpools, waves and currents provoked by the Falls add adrenaline and lots of emotions to this unforgettable tour. This tour takes place inside the Iguaçu National Park (Brazil), about seven kilometers from the Visitors’ Center and is generally combined with the visit to Iguaçu Falls. After a 3-kilometer-ride in a wagon pulled by an electrical vehicle and a 500-meter-walk in the forest, inflatable boats take visitors to live the emotion of being so close to the base of the Falls. Experienced pilots maneuver in the midst of the misty Falls. Both sides of the falls operate the tour. For all ages Daily departure from 8.00am to 5.00pm, except on Mondays when it operates from one pm to 5.00pm. You can buy the ticket locally – around USD 62,00 per person

Rafting
Rafting on the Iguaçu River consists of going down by inflatable boats, a series of rapids for approximately 4 km 2 km of faster rapids and 2 km of calmer waters where it is possible to swim in the river. You begin close to the waterfalls with a magnificent view of the falls. The rapids are considered as medium level (class III+), suitable for people over 14 years of age. The rafting takes about 2 hours. It leaves from the Field of Challenges and finishes in the center of Macuco Safari Park.It is divided into approximately 20 minutes of walking, 20 minutes for safety instructions, 10 minutes for procedures, 35 minutes going down the rapids and 30 minutes to arrive at the Center of Macuco Safari Park. You can buy the ticket locally – around USD 34,00 per person

DAY 3 – FOZ DO IGUAÇU / RIO DE JANEIRO (B)
After breakfast we’ll make a tour to the Argentine side of Iguaçu Falls
Iguaçu Falls – Argentine Side
Departure from the Hotel bound to Iguaçu Falls, 30 kilometers from downtown and 24 kilometers from Puerto Iguaçu. Arrival to the Visitors Center and Iguaçu National Park Entrance. This center receives the visitor with several basic services like snack bars, a restaurant, souvenir shops, toilets, medical attention and an interpretive building with giant panels showing the importance and the biodiversity of the subtropical humid Forest. In order to get to the catwalks where the visitors will see the Falls, you will board a gas-propelled train, that will take you to the upper falls circuit and the Devil’s Throat. Tours to the Argentine side of the falls take place through the lower circuit catwalks, with duration of one hour and the upper circuit with an approximate duration of 50 minutes. The access to San Martin Island is through the catwalks of the lower circuit. This visit will last 1 ½ hour. In order to visit the Devil’s Throat, the visitor must board the train at the Main Station or at the Cataratas Station, close to the Upper Circuit. For those who love trekking there is the one-kilometer-long Sendero Verde (Green Trail) that connects the Visitors Center to the Cataratas Station and to the Upper Circuit.Once you are at the Devil’s Throat Station you will have to walk 1.100 meters on a flat catwalk built over the Upper Iguaçú River. This catwalk crosses several islands where there are snack bars to cater for visitors. Once you get to the end of the catwalks, you will be surprised by a strategic lookout point resting on the side of the gorgeous Devil’s Throat. Transfer direct to the airport for a flight to Rio de Janeiro. Arrive at Rio and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 4 – RIO DE JANEIRO – SUGAR LOAF (B)
Take breakfast, departure to explore the Sugar Loaf. It is a dramatic granite rock, a well-known Rio landmark, and also an over-explored tourist attraction. We´ll ride by a aerial cable car. Getting the first section, we´ll make a quick stop and after that we we´ll ride the second and most beautiful section. Up there you´ll have one the most wonderful views of the whole city. You´ll be at 395 meters above the city, and the breathtaking view of Guanabara Bay. On the way down we take the cable car. Coming back we´ll stop for a special lunch: a barbecue magical food. You will eat how much you want, in one of the best barbecue restaurants of the city. Return to the hotel. Overnight.

     

DAY 5 – RIO DE JANEIRO – TIJUCA FOREST / SANTA TERESA AND CORCOVADO (B)
After breakfast, we´ll know the Tijuca National Park. This park is known as the largest urban forest on earth. Its huge mountains covered with tropical vegetation contrast with dramatic granite rocks forming an unique background for Rio's beaches and constructions. In this tour we visit the Park's best viewpoints, waterfalls and hike up Tijuca Peak (Rio's highest at . A good option is to combine this Tour with an afternoon visit to the charming district of Santa Teresa, with its cobblestone hilly streets, old homes, interesting museums and Rio's last surviving tram line. During a very short stay in town it may be useful to include a quick drive up to Corcovado to see the most famous of all images of Rio, the statue of Christ the Redeemer, located inside the Park. Return to the hotel. Overnight.

DAY 6 – RIO DE JANEIRO / PANTANAL (BD)
After breakfast, transfer to the airport. Flight to Campo Grande (not included). Reception at Campo Grande Airport and transfer (3 hours) to Refugio da Ilha Ecolodge in Pantanal area. Accomodation and general presentation of the lodge. After dinner explanation about the following days activities

DAY 7, 8 and 9 – PANTANAL (BLD)

Three day for activities at Refugio da Ilha Ecolodge according the interest from the client and the availability at the lodge. Options : motor boat at Salobra and Miranda River, down stream canoeing, hikings and horse back riding.

DAY 10 - PANTANAL / BONITO (B)

After breakfast private transfer to Bonito (2,5 hours). Reception and accommodation. Free afternoon. Overnight in Bonito.

DAY 11 – BONITO – GRUTA DO LAGO AZUL (BLUE LAGOON GROTTO) AND FLOATING AT RIO FORMOSO (FORMOSO RIVER) (B)
After breakfast, departure to visit Gruta do Lago Azul (20km from Bonito). Three hundred meters down from the cave's entrance you get to a deep blue water lake. Expert divers have never reached the bottom of this lake. No one knows for sure where this water comes from, as the rivers in the region have a greenish color. People believe there is a subterranean river feeding the lake. The sun rays on the water create a spectacle of rare beauty. Visit the Sao Miguel grotto, first walking for 180m on a bridge across the forest to arrive in the cave's entrance, inside wonderful speleo formations are found, the return to the reception center is made on electric cars. After lunch (not included), floating down 8 Km at the Rio Formoso (16km form Bonito), on rafts passing by the Ilha do Padre (Priest Island), and over three small waterfalls and two rapids. Expect to see several species of bird and fish, and also other animals. Plastic protection for cameras and life jackets provided. Return to Bonito late afternoon. Overnight at Bonito.

DAY 12 – BONITO - RÍO DA PRATA ECOLOGICAL REFUGE / BURACO DAS ARARAS (BL)
Early morning, right after the breakfast leave to Rio da Prata Ecological Refuge (51km). Snorkeling down the Olho D'Água river's transparent blue waters to the Prata river. Trail hiking in the impressive primary forest. Lunch at the refuge and mid-afternoon return to Bonito. In the way back stop at Buraco das Araras (Arara’s Hole), a sanctuary where these birds come back in the evening to sleep. Overnight in Bonito.

DAY 13 – BONITO – BOCA DA ONÇA (BL)

After breakfast departure to Boca da Onça Ecotur a place with more that 10 really nice water falls including one with 156 meters drop. To visit these waterfalls we do a four-kilometer walk across the preserved woodland along totally safe trails, passing by these waterfalls. Relaxing baths in translucent natural pools and in the Salobra River - one of the fish cradles of the Pantanal and considered a scenic river protected by law - are part of this tour. Return back to Bonito mid afternoon. Overnight in Bonito.

DAY 14 – BONITO / CAMPO GRANDE / SÃO PAULO (D)
