Day 01 Arrival in Seoul Arrive in Seoul at Inchoen International Airport, where you will be met by our representative and transfer to your hotel. Day 02 Seoul / Seoul City Tour, Korean Folk Village / Seoul. After breakfast, start a morning tour of the city of Seoul, including Gyeongbok Palace-the main palace during the Chosun Dynasty-via the Blue House(Presidential Residence), the National Folk Museum and Seoul Tower on Mt. Namsan for a birds eye view of Metropolitan city of Seoul. An afternoon excursion to the Korean Folk Village outside of Seoul, where the old traditional style houses and life style of 18th-19th century are being practiced by people living in the village. It is a MUST place to visit for first comes to Korea to learn Korean culture. Return to Seoul. Overnight in Seoul. Day 03 Seoul/Train to Gyongju After breakfast transfer to Seoul station for the train to Gyongju. The journey by train takes about 5 hours. Upon arrival in Gyeongju, an afternoon tour of Gyeongju includes Anapji Pond, Cheomsongdae Astronomical Observatory, Royal Tumuli Park, and Pulguksa Temple. Hotel check in and rest. Overnight in Gyeongju. Day 04 Gyeongju / Gongju - Yusong After breakfast, transfer to Gongju, where was the capital of the ancient Baekje Dynasty which transferred ancient Korean culture to the Japan in the 4TH through 7th Century. Visit Gongju National Museum, Songsanri Tombs including Tomb of King Muryong. Proceed to Mt. Gyeryonsan National Park to visit Gapsa Temple. Check-in to the hotel in Yusong. Day 05 Yusong / Seoul After breakfast, transfer to Seoul via Ichon Ceramic Village, where the porcelains and celadon during the old times were made in the kilns scattered around in Ichon. Still many kilns are making the potteries by old-fashioned way. Proceed to Seoul. Lastly, tour will stop by Itaewon Street for your shop- ping time for famous leather bags, shoes, Korean dolls, etc. Return to hotel. Overnight in Seoul. |
