Penny Henderson Penny Henderson has been in the travel and tourism industry for more than 25 years and is very well known throughout New Zealand, Australia, Fiji and other South Pacific Islands.
Penny is a past president of NZITT (New Zealand Institute of Travel and Tourism) and now a director of Pack Ya Bags, and Fathom Asia, both are wholesale travel and tour companies with world wide contacts. Penny is also director of a coach company in New Zealand
Penny has written curriculum for the travel industry and won an International PATA (Pacific Asia Travel Association) award for the heritage and interpretive tourism course which is now taught throughout Australia
Penny has attended trade and consumer shows throughout the world and is considered to be one of the top marketers in the industry. She recently held the position as Regional Director for the Fiji Visitors Bureau. Her experience ensures the running of this company is in good hands and you can rest assured that the professionalism in running our travel and tourism businesses are in very good hands

Ralph Lucas Ralph Lucas has been involved in the travel and hospitality industry for the last 22 years. Specifically he has been catering to the worlds rich and famous, among others, customizing their vacations and explorations onboard many of the worlds most luxurious Super Yachts.
Ralph has organized and captained these vessels throughout the, Caribbean, North and Central America, South Pacific, Europe and the Mediterranean.
Ralph has shown his guests not only the world famous tourist centres such as the French and Italian Riviera, Greece, Galapagos and Alaska but also the more adventuresome destinations such as Belize, Guatemala, and the Tuomotus in Tahiti.
The personal contacts Ralph has established throughout the world assists greatly in the development of the very varied products available for Pack Ya Bags clients.

Heather Lucas Heather Lucas has been involved in the travel and hospitality industry for the last 22 years. As Hostess, she has been in a very hands on role directly assisting clients to enjoy their vacations and explorations to the fullest extent possible.
Heather has directlyshown guests a wide variety of adventures ranging from fine Michelin Star dining establishments, world renowned vineyards, and internationally acclaimed museums and art galleries to the pleasures of Shark and Manta Ray diving, discovering Mayan ruins, and enjoying the wonders of the Galapagos Islands.
Heather’s attention to the needs and wishes of guests assists us greatly in tailoring your Pack Ya Bags experience exactly to your requirements.

Ray Aucott Ray Aucott entered the Travel and Tourism industry by locating dive sites in the Mediterranean for travel companies in the early 1970’s.
Having completed a Management training course with the Rank Organisation he then studied Drama and pursued a successful acting career in England for more then 10 years at the same time running his own diving travel company.
With the pull of the Great Barrier Reef, Ray emigrated to Australia with his young family where he started one of Queensland’s first inbound dive companies, promoting the Great Barrier Reef to divers from the northern hemisphere.
This in turn led Ray to be involved in the South Pacific wholesale travel industry attending trade shows worldwide, promoting the South Pacific, Australia and New Zealand. Ray still has a personal passion for diving and all types of adventure travel. Recently his interests have led him to encompass more than the South Pacific, to include worldwide product, however Ray remains one of the foremost authorities on diving in the region.
Ray is a director of Pack Ya Bags and is responsible for product development, company IT and design
