DAY 1: ARRIVAL HO CHI MINH (Meals: None) On arrival at Tan San Nhat Airport you are met and transferred to hotel. Ho Chi Minh City still called Saigon by many locals people which is the center of commerce, finance, culture and tourism in Vietnam. This bustling metropolis, contradiction of its northern counterpart is crowded with bikes and motorbike exciting with numerous shopping area and sidewalk cafés. O/N in Ho Chi Minh. DAY 2: HO CHI MINH - CU CHI - HO CHI MINH (Meals: B) The sightseeing tour acquaints us with some major sights of the city. We pass the now-demolished wartime American Embassy before we visit the Reunification Palace which was the former residence of the President of South Vietnam until end of April 1975, and some French colonial structures including the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Old Sai Gon Post Office. After the War Remnant Museum, we continue our trip on to the Cho Lon, Saigon’s Chinatown, which is crammed with fascinating temples and mysterious, narrow lanes. We then drive this afternoon, to explore the Cu Chi Tunnels, an incredible underground tunnel network of approximately 200 kilometres constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the long struggle for independence. O/N in Ho Chi Minh. DAY 3: HO CHI MINH - DANANG – HOIAN (Meals: B) We will board for a short flight to Da Nang. On arrival you are greeted and driven to Hoian, which was originally a Cham seaport but has been influenced down centuries by a myriad of traders from various cultures. The ancient architecture of Hoian is a fascinating combination of Vietnamese traditional characters with Chinese and Japanese influence. There are plenty to see in this delightful and tranquil town, some of which are the famous Japanese Covered Bridges, the Pottery Museum, the 200 years old Tan Ky House, the Chua Ong Pagoda, the vibrant market. O/N in Hoian DAY 4: HOIAN – DANANG – HUE (Meals: B) Upon leaving Hoian, we we drive north to Hue. On the way to Hue, we make stopover at the sensational Marble Mountains, the China Beach and Da Nang City for a visit to the Cham Museum. We then follow the road crossing over the scenic Hai Van Pass before arriving in Hue Vietnam's last imperial capital of Vietnam. O/N in Hue. DAY 5: HUE (Meals: B) After breakfast we embark on a boat for cruise up stream on the Perfume River which will give us a taste of the scenic countryside as well as an enjoyable visit beautiful pagoda of Thien Mu. Upon leaving this symbol of Hue we continue the elaborate royal tomb of Emperor Tu Duc. On return to the city we visit the massive citadel of Hue is not to be missed this morning. The Royal Residence, Imperial City and the Purple Forbidden City was destroyed during the 1968 Tet Offensive, however it is still fascinating to walk among the ruins. O/N in Hue. DAY 6: HUE – QUANG TRI – DONG HA (Meals: B) Group will have breakfast at hotel we will travel to Quang Binh with history of Vietnam war among he World Heritage site of Phong Nha cave. We are passing through Quang Tri, Ai Tu batter field, Doc Mieu, visiting Vinh Moc tunnels which is an incredible structure of military to again American during the war time. This evening group will over night at Sun Spa Resort Quang Binh. DAY 7: DONG HA - HUE - HANOI – HALONG (Meals: B) A morning sight seeing of Ke Bang national park and exploring Phong Nha cave, a wonder of the World in center of Vietnam. We will take a traditional boat trip through a longest underground water cave visit Dry and Wet impressive. After boat trip drive to Hue for the last flight to Hanoi. On arrival at Noi bai airport meet up and transfer to hotel, overnight in Hanoi. DAY 8: HANOI – HALONG – HANOI (Meals: B/L) After breakfast this morning we heading out to Halong bay for the whole day trip. Arrive Halong we embark for a cruise to explore the amazing of Halong bay with thousands of island rising from the Gulf of Tokin, visit Thien Cung and Dau Go cave, enjoy seafood lunch on board. Afternoon return to Hanoi it will be the right time to attend famous performance of water puppet show. O/N in Hanoi DAY 9: HANOI DEPARTURES (Meals: B) Today we enjoy a full day city tour starting with the Ho Chi Minh Complex, containing the mausoleum of the nation’s founder Ho Chi Minh, the Presidential Palace and the Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts. This complex also comprises the One Pillar Pagoda, whose origins date back to the foundation of city. We follow this with a trip to the Temple of Literature, which is well known as the first university of Vietnam and the impressive Ethnologic Museum, dedicated to Vietnam's 54 ethnic groups. Late afternoon we transfer to Noi Bai airport for departure. Our trip ends when group arrive at the airport |
